The National Weather Service in Albuquerque is looking
for photos which capture the scenery and weather throughout the Land
of Enchantment. Share your photos with our office, and your image may
appear as the Photo of the Week! Examples of weather photos include
clouds, landscape, fog, flooding, hail, snow, lightning and
tornadoes.
Please note that
numerous photos are submitted each week, so if your photo is selected
for use on our web page, it may take several weeks to be posted.
In addition, we may find
other
uses
for your photos, including special weather features or presentations
to local classrooms. Nonetheless, you will receive full credit for
any submitted photos! Photos submitted from the public have greatly
improved our web site, forecaster and spotter training,
and educational outreach programs.
Because this is a government web site, images submitted to us become
part of the public domain.
