...OCTOBER THROUGH DECEMBER 2001 AMONG THE DRIEST FOR NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA...

Combined rainfall totals for the three months of October, November and December 2001 were well below normal. In fact, it ended up ranking as one of the driest October through December periods since 1931.
