MARCH-APRIL 2004 - DRIEST EVER IN PARTS OF GEORGIA
updated 5/3/04 Much of Georgia continues to experience below-normal rainfall. The two-month period from March 1 to April 30 was the driest March through April period ever recorded at Athens and Macon...the 3rd driest at Columbus...and the 5th driest at Atlanta.
