Thunderstorms and High Winds Buffet Georgia
February 22, 2003

Thunderstorms moved rapidly across the state during the morning hours causing damage in at least 24 counties across North and Central Georgia. Most of the damage was to trees and power lines. At least two locations reported hail the size of dimes or larger.
