5 N Starks LA Calcasieu Parish Emergency Manager reports 18 inches of water covering Highway 1090 near mile marker 18. 315 PM 10/26/06
1 W DeQuincy LA Calcasieu Parish Emergency Manager reports 6 to 8 inches of water over Highway 12 near mile marker 19. 315 PM 10/26/06
DeQuincy LA Report of drainage ditch overflowing, with water moving into parking lots and parked cars. 400 PM 10/26/06
Fred TX 2 to 3 inches of water is covering several roads in southern Tyler County. 400 PM 10/26/06
Evadale TX A few homes are flooded in southern Jasper County. 400 PM 10/26/06
Beaumont TX Moderate street flooding reported. 435 PM 10/26/06

Opelousas LA 2 mile long stretch of the junction of Highway 104 and Highway 103 has at least 2 feet of water covering it. 535 AM 10/27/06
Church Point LA Intersection of Highway 95 and Highway 35 has high water and is impassable. 535 AM 10/27/06
