This tornado moved southeast from near Boyce, passing across the northern part of Alexandria and ending near Pineville.  2 people were killed and 28 injured in Alexandria, with 98 homes destroyed and 137 damaged along the 10-block long path of the tornado.  One woman was killed in a home at Boyce when she was hurled into a neighbor's home.  (Grazulis 1993).
