Disclaimer: the data provided below has been obtained from NWS cooperative observerving stations and is unofficial. The climatic data provided below was compiled from data sets that may have long periods of missing or incomplete data; the data sets may contain some inaccurate or incorrect information. The figures provided below are done so as a convenience to the public; the information is not intended to be used or relied upon for any legal, scientific, or engineering purposes. If you need information for these, contact the National Climatic Data Center at the number given above.

Note: For precipitation and snowfall, multi-day accumulations are not considered either for records or averages. The year given is the year of latest occurrence. If no rainfall, snowfall, or snow on the ground has ever been recorded for a particular date, the given maximum value will be zero. The year indicated will be the last year in the data set.

Important considerations:: Average precipitation and snowfall values given above may differ slightly from the sum total of the daily values found in the monthly data tables, due to rounding differences. The average values given here are considered to be the accurate figure.

Years with more than 30 days of missing temperature data were not considered for the warmest or coolest year on record. Years with more than 30 days of missing precipitation data were not  considered for the least annual precipitation or the least number of days with precipitation.

* - Based on average daily temperatures throughout the year. Does not necessarily reflect extreme periods of heat of cold.

** - Snow depths typically measured by cooperative observers in the early morning. May not account for greater snow depths that could have occurred between daily observations. Greatest snow depth will occasionally be reported as less than the greatest snowfall amount. This may be due to the above problem, or due to snowfall melting upon contact with the ground.
