SCATTERED SHOWERS...AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS...WILL CONTINUE ACROSS
WEST CENTRAL TEXAS THIS EVENING IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT MOVING
SOUTH ACROSS THE CONCHO VALLEY. THROUGH MIDNIGHT...MOST OF THIS
PRECIPITATION WILL BE FOCUSED ALONG AND NORTH OF A LINE FROM
SHEFFIELD...CHRISTOVAL...TO PAINT ROCK. HOWEVER...THE BEST
COVERAGE WILL REMAIN TO THE WEST OVER THE PERMAIN BASIN...SOUTH
INTO WESTERN CROCKETT COUNTY. SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED WITH
THESE STORMS BUT THE STRONGER CELLS MAY PRODUCE BRIEF HEAVY
DOWNPOURS...GUSTY WINDS...AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
THIS ACTIVITY IS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
