PLAINS AND PERMIAN BASIN EARLY THIS MORNING...SPREADING EAST INTO
THE BIG COUNTRY AND WESTERN CONCHO VALLEY. THROUGH 4 AM...THE BEST
RAIN CHANCES WILL EXIST NORTH AND WEST OF A MERTZON...TO
ABILENE...TO THROCKMORTON LINE. RAINFALL WILL GENERALLY BE LIGHT.
HOWEVER... THE STRONGER CELLS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY DOWNPOURS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1/4 TO 1/2 INCH.
