If you are receiving your products normally but data for a particular site is now missing, please contact the HADS Network team, either via phone @ 301-713-0624 or 1625, or via e-mail addressed to: hadsteam@hads4.nws.noaa.gov.

If you are not receiving your HADS reports in the time frame that you are accustomed to, there are several possible points of failure.

A data outage will be reflected by a number of lines indicating zero DCPs processed:

If your office has established a method to receive and process the 'hads_news' messages under the WMO heading of NOUS71 KWOH, you will receive hads_news messages whenever there is a known extended communications outage between Wallops Island, the NWSTG and HADS.
